- Marketing: Find a Realtor® who will not just put a sign in the yard and wait for buyers to come knocking. Today, it takes a blend of traditional marketing, Internet marketing, and sophisticated lead development systems to get the job done.
- Personality: Find a Realtor® who you feel comfortable with and will listen to what you want.
- Feedback: Find a Realtor® who will let you know what is going on every step of the sales process. Lack of feedback is typically the #1 complaint against agents. E-mail, Facebook, phone calls, face-to-face contact.—-whatever works best for you.
- Recommendations: Find a Realtor® who has great recommendations from prior clients.
- Credentials: Find a Realtor® who has credentials that show expertise in marketing.
- Experience: Find a Realtor® who has experience with the area you are interested in buying and selling.
- Professionalism: Find a Realtor® who is expert at pricing strategy, market preparation, marketing, negotiations, transaction management, and closing coordination.
